applies to measurements in the physical and behavioural sciences. |

interpret the results of the surveys; and to recommend to the Qualification
Commission whatever measures are needed to preserve the integrity of the rating

To be able to advise and assist any FIDE member federation in
the establishment of a national rating system. |

To display a level of objectivity comparable to that of a FIDE
