(EB '99) The Chief Arbiter of a FIDE registered tournament or
the Federation Rating Officer shall send a rating report on the tournament by
registered post to arrive at the FIDE Secretariat not later than 30 days after
the end of the event. This must be certified by him as a correct report. The
report must comply with the reporting procedures described in Article 11 of
B.02. An additional compulsory requirement for all tournament reports is the
submission of data as required by the Qualification Commission detailed in forms
5 and 6 to these Regulations (B 02). FIDE shall charge the organizing Federation
an additional penalty fee of 100 Swiss Francs for late reports. |
7.11 |
For a tournament that was not registered in advance with FIDE
only the Federation of the country where the tournament was held shall send in
the result. |
7.12 |
The end of a tournament is the date of the last round and the
posting date shall be determined by the postmark on the cover. |
7.13 |
If the Rating Administrator finds that the report is defective
to the extent that it has to be returned for correction, the corrected report
must be mailed to the Secretariat within four weeks of the date indicated by the
Rating Administrator. Failure to do this will mean that the event was not
reported for rating. |
7.2 |
As under 7.1., the Chief Arbiter must prepare in triplicate
certificates of title results achieved. One copy must be sent to the player's
federation, one copy to FIDE and one copy to the organizing federation.
|
7.3 |
Reports sent in more than one rating period late will not be
accepted for rating or title purposes. |
7.4 |
(GA '96) Federations submitting rating reports for tournaments
of category 7 and above must submit all the games played in the tournament
together with the report. The games may be submitted either on paper or,
preferably, in a standard chess database electronic format.
